Something I’ve been researching and writing about for 2 years now is the notion that feeling changed, and integrating change are very different. We may have revelations, but why don’t they last? Why do we end up in similar relationships, jobs, or patterns?
Let Yourself in is an invitation to anyone that is looking to recharge the body, mind and spirit and hone tools for deep integration.
Let Yourself In
Body Mind Soul Reset
Combines simple weekly movement and Breathwork sessions and short daily breathwork and journaling sessions. It is optional to also cut out gluten and white sugar for 21 days to decrease inflammation and increase mental clarity.
Includes four 75 minute Cardio Breathwork (Breathwork Kriyas to move stuck energy) and somatic journaling classes.
We reset and begin again through science backed breathwork and journaling practices. We’ll also add in some natural probiotic recipes, and life hacks to naturally weave in cleansing spices into your day.
Neuroscience backed journaling prompts. All prompts are backed by research in shifting mindset, habit and the default mode network of the brain, the area of the brain most directly linked with making the every day decisions that shape our lives.
Course Structure
Duration: 21 days
Weekly 75 Minute Live Zoom Classes
Each class includes:
15–20 minutes of Kriya-Yoga-inspired cardiovascular breathwork (option to include weights)
Guided Somatic/Body Based Journaling to shift the Default Mode Network of the brain. The DMS is the brain center most directly linked with making the every day decisions that shape our lives. It is primarily formed in our childhood and can be shaped and changed.
Live music Savasana to down-regulate and rest deeply.
Optional Q and A and hang with Jess and participants 15 minutes before each session.
