Let Yourself In

Clarity, Focus, Sustainable Change

Designed intentionally to support sustainable change rather than quick fixes, Let Yourself In is a 21-day experiential program blending breathwork, gentle movement, and somatic journaling to help you reconnect with your body’s innate clarity, steadiness, and momentum.

This is not about pushing yourself into change.
It is about creating the conditions for change to take root and integrate.

A 21-Day Cardio, Breathwork and Journaling Program

to Reset and Realign From the Inside out

Something I’ve been researching and writing about for years is the difference between insight and integration. Many of us have meaningful realizations. We see patterns clearly. And yet, over time, we often find ourselves returning to familiar dynamics, habits, or roles.

Let Yourself In is an invitation to work with the body and nervous system so that change is not only understood, but embodied.

The daily practices are designed to be accessible, grounded, and supportive of real life. Each session is an invitation to meet yourself with more awareness and choice.

  • One longer 75-minute class released each week (recorded)

  • Weekly optional live office hours and Q&A via Zoom Saturdays, 12–1pm ET

  • Optional use of light weights or a weight vest during movement

  • Optional lifestyle suggestions to support clarity and regulation

We work with science-informed breathwork and journaling practices that support nervous system regulation, habit change, and integration. Over the 21 days, you will be guided to notice patterns in the body and mind and to work with them gently rather than forcefully.

Why the Brain?

This work engages the Default Mode Network, the part of the brain involved in:

  • Habit patterns

  • Thought loops and rumination

  • Habitual self-talk and mindset

Research shows that the brain is plastic and responsive to repetition and attention. Over time, how we practice shapes how we respond to life. By working with the body and nervous system, we begin to reshape patterns at the level where they are actually formed.
