Let Yourself In
A 21-Day Body, Mind, and Nervous System Reset
April 10 – April 30
Flexible schedule with pre-recorded classes and optional live check-ins every Saturday, 12–1pm ET
Why Let Yourself In?
Let Yourself In is for anyone looking for more clarity, a little more energy, or tools to work with the stress inherent in being alive.
This is not a cure-all. It is an invitation to connect the many parts of yourself, to feel more engaged, more regulated, and perhaps a little happier too.
This work invites you to create change where it can last by integrating the mind and the nervous system.
What Participants Are Saying
What is Let Yourself In?
A 21-day experiential reset combining:
One longer weekly recorded class (75 minutes)
Short daily breathwork and writing practices (about 15 minutes per day)
Weekly live office hours for optional check-ins and debriefs
All classes are recorded and can be done on your own schedule.
Time Commitment
One 75-minute class per week (recorded)
About 15 minutes per day of breathwork and writing (recorded)
Optional 30-minute live office hours once per week on Zoom
Office hours and debriefs take place on Saturdays at 12pm ET and are optional. All sessions are recorded.
What Are the Classes Like?
We work with:
Simple, repetitive movement (squats, lunges, gentle patterns)
Breathwork (no experience necessary)
Sound-based rest for down-regulation
Journaling and reflective writing
The intention is to create rhythm and repetition that the nervous system can learn from over time.

What You’ll Experience
Participants often report:
More clarity and steadiness
Support in working with difficult emotions
Release of held stress from the body
A more regulated nervous system
Breathwork that is accessible and grounded
A supportive container you can move through at your own pace
Why the Brain?
We work with the Default Mode Network (DMN), the part of the brain involved in:
Habit patterns
Thought loops and rumination
Self-talk and identity
Research shows that the brain is plastic and responsive to repetition and attention. Over time, how we practice shapes how we respond to life.
What If I Miss a Live Session?
All classes and office hours are recorded.
You can move through the program on your own schedule. If you miss a live session, you’re still fully supported.
